if you preffer not to have a different inner ear fabric, you
can have the hat in all monster fur. here are the fabric selections:

what are the hat sizes?
|
|
our hats are offered in 3 sizes:
- small- fits most girls comfortably.
will fit guys with small heads, but otherwise not recomended
for guys.
- medium- fits most guys comfortably.
will also fit girls with larger than average heads, but otherwise
not recomended for girls.
- large- for folks with unusuually
large heads or hair! not recomended for most people!! only choose
this size if you have a really really large head!

how will my hat be shipped? how much does shipping cost?

all prices include *FREE* shipping *WORLD WIDE!*
we are in the US & ship via 1st class/priority mail with delivery
confirmation for folks within the US
for folks outside of the USA we ship via air letter post (air
mail).
if you are outside of the USA & would like yr parcel sent registered,
we can for an added $7. without adding reigstered to yr parcel
we can not guarantee it's safe delivery.
generally air mail is very safe & quick, but if you have *ANY* concerns, please
opt for the registered air mail!!! it will save us both a lot of
worry.

how long does it take me to get my hat?
|

please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery outside of the USA. generally we get our hats out pretty darn quick, but it does take slightly
more time for international shipping (outside of the USA).
orders placed within the US generally arrive in 1-2 weeks.
beacuse our hats are custom made to your specifications, they can not be not made for you until your
order is paid for. thus, some time needs to be allowed for the hat to be made & for shipping as well.
once your hat is complete, we will email you a photo of it~ so you can see it even before it arrives. how
cool is that? ^_~ |

what is yr return policy?

because these hats are *custom* made for you & for health reasons, we can
not accept any returns on hats. in the rare event you have an
issue, or feel that there is a defect with your hat, please feel free to contact
us to discuss it. |

how do i place/pay for my order?
|
|
you can order & pay for your hat via the paypal shopping cart
located on each hat page. all orders placed by people outside of
the USA *MUST* be paid for via ths shopping cart. if live in
the USA & would like to pay by money order (us postal preffered!)
